Revert "lantiq: enable SMP for XRX200"

This reverts commit cc3bfdb62f941dff3e2983591c78b6d39ca8d88a.

Apparently the ethernet driver is not SMP safe, as reported in
https://bugs.lede-project.org/index.php?do=details&task_id=27
