+Subject: [PATCH] ARM64: Round-Robin dispatch IRQs between CPUs.
+
+IRQ-CPU mapping is round robined on ARM64 to increase
+concurrency and allow multiple interrupts to be serviced
+at a time.  This reduces the need for FIQ.
