ipq40xx: make WAC5xx factory tar reproducible
The WAC5xx factory image checksum manifest currently records the
absolute build path. This causes otherwise identical builds to produce
different factory tarballs.
Calculate the checksum from the tar staging directory, recording only
the image basename. This makes the generated manifest independent of
the build directory.
