realtek: switch RTL8231 driver for HPE 1920-16/24G
Update the base DTS file for the 16 and 24 port HPE 1920 devices
(JG923A, JG924A, JG925A, JG926A), causing the new RTL8231 MFD driver to
be loaded at start-up.
