ar71xx: move DomyWifi DW33D to nand subtarget

This device uses NAND FLASH, so it should be kept in nand subtarget.

Also, inlcude in packages kmod-usb-ledtrig-usbport instead of
obsolete kmod-ledtrig-usbdev.
