base-files: remove non-working filter option for wifi detect

This patch removes the non-working wifi driver filter for
the wifi detection script.

I figured that rather than replacing ${2:-$DRIVERS} with
${1:-$DRIVERS}, it would be better to remove it. Nobody
needed it in the previous years.
