buildbot complained about
ifxmips_ptm_adsl.c:1445:70: error: macro "alloc_netdev" requires 4 arguments, but only 3 given
         g_net_dev[i] = alloc_netdev(0, g_net_dev_name[i], ether_setup);
                                                                      ^
fix that similar to the change made to ltq_ptm_vdsl.c
compile tested only.
