rcs: GNU Revision Control System

I like to maintain incremental revisions of system configuration files
and find rcs the easiest way to do so.

To use rcs in OpenWrt, I created a package, following the OpenWrt
package standards:

A diff against OpenWrt Subversion is inline below. I'd be delighted to

again after the hotplug invocation running with -l option to
adjust local time and clock shift continuously.

ntpclient: initial frequency offset configuration and adjtimex invocation

This adds a new config file section "ntpdrift" to /etc/config/ntpclient
to support setting an initial value "freq" for frequency offset.
Changes /etc/hotplug.d/iface/20-ntpclient to call adjtimex
and do an initial frequency offset before starting ntpclient.

BitTorrent btpd 0.13 package

this patch also add build-in sha1 functions and remove openssl dependency

tested on current kamikaze linux 2.4 in wl500gP

About:
BTPD is a bittorrent client consisting of a daemon and client commands, which can be used to read and/or manipulate the daemon state. The daemon is capable of running several torrents simultaneously and only uses one tcp port. It's fairly low on resource usage and should be perfect for file distribution sites. Efficient downloads and ease of use makes this client a good choice for the casual user as well.

updated loop-aes to version 3.2b, changed dependency (conflicts with normal loop, due to same module-name (loop.ko) but can also been built against kernel 2.4).I think it would be a good idea to change the submenu to "Block Devices", because it's handled in the linux-kernel the same way and it can only be selected when loopback-supported is deselected (and this becomes very confusing when both dependent entries are in different submenus).
