blockd: fix length of timeout int passed to ioctl

AUTOFS_IOC_SETTIMEOUT expects a pointer to an 'unsigned long' which
will result in out-of-bounds access when passing a pointer to an 'int'.
Change type of timeout to 'unsigned long'.
