chaosvpn: fix build on macos

chaosvpn Makefile detects Darwin (macos) and changes compilation flags for macos target, but OpenWrt is always Linux so build fails. This patch redefines OS=Linux to use Linux compilation flags. Signed-off-by: Sergey V. Lobanov
