These patches seems leftovers, because uClibc-ng was
removed from OpenWrt main repo in 2020 [1].

Note: Some packages only added `-flto` to CFLAGS and not LDFLAGS. This
fixes it and properly enables LTO.

Note: This only touches packages which use all three parts
