hnetd: remove it as the development is stalled

Development of hnetd is stalled [1]. hnetd: Bump + removed rebind_protection disabling (as latest hnetd provides correct rebind-domain-ok option to dnsmasq dynamically).

hnetd: Now disable in dnsmasq both rebind_protection and boguspriv by default, so that IPv4 naming works 'as expected' with multiple routers without user configuration.
