xa: add package

Update PKG_SOURCE_VERSION to f60e50e887d3c49e91ac9b06d8199b36152632fa to pick up upstream fixes accumulated since the 2024-11-06 snapshot. Add libgst1gl to runtime DEPENDS - upstream now uses GstGL helpers. kmscube has no tagged releases; track upstream master.
