While converting CONFIG_SYS_[DI]CACHE_OFF to Kconfig, there are instances where these configuration items are conditional on SPL. This commit adds SPL variants of these configuration items, uses CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(), and updates the configurations as required. SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini

Today, we have cases where we wish to build all of U-Boot in Thumb2 mode for various reasons. We also have cases where we only build SPL in Thumb2 mode due to size constraints and wish to build the rest of the system in ARM mode. So in this migration we introduce a new symbol as well, SPL_SYS_THUMB_BUILD to control if we build everything or just SPL (or in theory, just U-Boot) in Thumb2 mode. ARM: Move SYS_CACHELINE_SIZE over to Kconfig

This series moves the CONFIG_SYS_CACHELINE_SIZE. First, in nearly all cases we are mirroring the values used by the Linux Kernel here. Also, so long as (and in this case, it is true) we implement flushes in hunks that are no larger than the smallest implementation (and given that we mirror the Linux Kernel, again we are fine) it is OK to align higher. The biggest changes here are that we always use 64 bytes for CPU_V7 even if for example the underlying core is only 32 bytes (this mirrors Linux). Second, we say ARM64 uses 64 bytes not 128 (as found in the Linux Kernel) as we do not need multi-platform support (to this degree) and only the Cavium ThunderX 88xx series has a use for such large alignment. This patch moves pxa to the common timer functions added in commit 8dfafdd - Introduce common timer functions The (removed) pxa timer code (specifically __udelay()) could deadlock at the 32-bit boundary of get_ticks(). get_ticks() returned a 32-bit value cast up to a 64-bit value. If get_ticks() + tmo in __udelay() crossed the 32-bit boundary, the while condition became unconditionally true and locked the processor.
