SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line) and with slightly different comment styles than us. In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style. This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag and have introduced one. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini

Refactor linker-generated arrays

Refactor linker-generated array code so that symbols which were previously linker-generated are now compiler- generated. This causes relocation records of type R_ARM_ABS32 to become R_ARM_RELATIVE, which makes code which uses LGA able to run before relocation as well as after. Note: this affects more than ARM targets, as linker- lists span possibly all target architectures, notably PowerPC. microblaze: Fix compilation failure because of missing libdts

Microblaze platform can use CONFIG_OF_EMBED option but also it is necessary to support boards which don't want to use this option. U-Boot doesn't compile dts/libdts.o for #undef CONFIG_OF_EMBED case that's why it should be guarded by ifdef. Signed-off-by: Michal Simek

common: Discard the __u_boot_cmd section

The command declaration now uses the new LG-array method to generate list of commands. Thus the __u_boot_cmd section is now superseded and redundant and therefore can be removed. microblaze: Add support for device tree driven board configuration

This is minimum code required to be able to use device-tree for u-boot initialization. Currently only for device driver initialization.
