Offer the weekly interval of librespeed-common 1.0.0-r5 in Settings.
The upcoming runs show the weekday, since a weekly test's day may be
drawn.

Use the per-interface tests and schedules of librespeed-common 1.0.0-r4.
The Test page gets an interface selector and shows the last failure of
each interface. Settings lists the automatic tests in a table, one row
per interface; the first row measures the default interface unless it
names another. History shows one interface at a time, the default one
first, and says what its unknown entries are. The interfaces offered,
and the name each is shown under, come from the backend's links, so wan6
beside wan is offered as wan and lan, which has no gateway, is not
offered; the pages no longer read the network configuration themselves.
The Test page notes a default interface that is not offered rather than
selecting it.
Settings now refuses an interval the init script cannot schedule, keeps
a hand-set interval or day range (such as 1-5) that a save does not
touch, and keeps the interval, days and hours of a disabled test.

The history comes back in the order the runs were recorded, and the
pages drew and listed it that way. That is time order only while the
clock is: a router without a battery-backed clock can record a run
after boot before NTP has set the time. The chart then went back and
forth in time, the newest rows were not at the top of the table, and
the "current" figure could be an older run.
Sort the entries by epoch as they arrive, on the History and the Test
page, for raw results and daily aggregates alike.
