Add a keep.d file to preserve the rustdesk configuration and binaries
across sysupgrades. The /etc/rustdesk directory contains the encryption
keys and database, and /usr/bin/ contains the hbbr, hbbs, and
rustdesk-utils binaries which need to be retained.
