scripts: qemustart: support CONFIG_BINARY_FOLDER

If CONFIG_BINARY_FOLDER is set in .config, use that instead of "bin" as
the bindir.

That allows to set that config and easily run e.g.
`./scripts/qemustart armvirt 32`.
