Subject: [PATCH] fix: cmake required minimum version
When trying to compile the project with CMake 4 the following error
shows up:
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:1 (cmake_minimum_required):
Compatibility with CMake < 3.5 has been removed from CMake.
This commit bump the minimum required cmake version to meet the needs of
CMake v4.
